Job summary

MR DIY Malaysia is looking for a candidate to assist the Project Manager in managing contract administration for property development and renovation projects. The role requires a diploma in Quantity Surveying or related fields, along with a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Key responsibilities include supporting the tendering process, managing contract documentation, and ensuring compliance with project requirements. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English are essential, with Mandarin as an added advantage.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in contract administration or quantity surveying in property development or construction.
• Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Holding a valid driving license for site mobility.

Responsibilities

• Assist in pre- and post-contract activities for property development and renovation.
• Support in tendering process including evaluating submissions.
• Manage contract documentation and progress claims.
