Job summary

PeopleLAKE, a full-service HR solution provider, seeks a Senior Executive, Compensation and Rewards to join the Group Human Resources division. You will coordinate, administer, and continually improve group-wide compensation and rewards programmes, policies, and frameworks, ensuring governance and confidentiality across all subsidiaries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in Compensation & Rewards, HR Analytics, or HR Operations, preferably in a group or multi-entity environment.
• HR professional certification is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, Excel, and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of HRIS systems.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, monitor, and support Group Compensation & Rewards initiatives to ensure consistency and governance across subsidiaries.
• Provide advisory support to subsidiary HR teams and leaders on compensation policies, job grading, salary positioning, and rewards.
• Maintain governance and confidentiality of employee compensation information.
• Coordinate annual salary increments, bonus, promotions, and reward reviews.
• Prepare compensation proposals, costing analyses, and management reports.
• Analyze salary recommendations to ensure alignment with guidelines, equity, and market competitiveness.
