About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Executive, Compensation and Rewards tojoin the Group Human Resources division. Reporting to the Head of HROperations, this role is pivotal in coordinating, administering, andcontinuously improving Group-wide Compensation & Rewards programmes,policies, and frameworks.
The primary objective is to promote fair, competitive, andperformance-driven reward practices across all subsidiaries within the Group.You will provide essential compensation analysis, governance, advisory support,and reporting to ensure consistent implementation of reward strategies thatsupport organisational growth and business objectives.
Job Description
Compensation & Rewards Administration
- Coordinate, monitor,and support the implementation of Group Compensation & Rewards initiatives across all subsidiaries to ensure consistency, governance, andcompliance with approved policies.
- Provide advisorysupport to subsidiary HR teams and business leaders on compensationpolicies, job grading, salary positioning, and reward practices.
- Maintain strictgovernance and confidentiality of employee compensation information.
Annual Reward Cycle
- Coordinate theannual salary increment, bonus, promotion, and reward review exercises.
- Prepare compensationproposals, costing analysis, and management reports.
- Analyse salaryrecommendations to ensure alignment with approved guidelines, internalequity, and market competitiveness.
- Support Managementreview and approval processes.
Compensation Framework & Market Benchmarking
- Support the reviewand maintenance of salary structures, salary ranges, and rewardframeworks.
- Participate inexternal salary surveys and market benchmarking exercises.
- Analyse market dataand provide insights to support compensation decisions.
- Monitor compensationtrends and recommend improvement opportunities.
Job Evaluation & Job Architecture
- Conduct job analysisand evaluation exercises to support appropriate job grading and salarypositioning.
- Review jobdescriptions and ensure alignment with job levels and organisationalstructure.
- Maintain accuraterecords of job grades and compensation information.
- Support continuousimprovement of the Group job architecture.
Performance & Reward Alignment
- Support the GroupPerformance Management process and reward calibration.
- Analyse performanceoutcomes to support merit increase, bonus, and promotion decisions.
- Assist incalibration exercises to ensure consistency and fairness in rewarddecisions.
- Prepare performanceand reward analytics reports.
Compensation Analytics & Management Reporting
- Prepare Group-levelcompensation reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics.
- Analyse employeecost, salary movement, pay distribution, and reward trends.
- Provide accuratedata insights to support strategic HR decision-making.
- Maintaincompensation databases and ensure data integrity.
Policy Review & Continuous Improvement
- Assist in reviewingCompensation & Rewards policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Ensure practices arealigned with business requirements, governance standards, and applicableregulations.
- Identifyopportunities to improve compensation processes and employee experience.
- Support communication of reward initiatives across the Group.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- 3–5 years ofexperience in Compensation & Rewards, HR Analytics, or HR Operations,preferably in a Group or multi-entity environment.
- HR professionalcertification is an advantage.
- Strong analytical,Excel, and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of HRISsystems.
- Excellentstakeholder management skills.
- High integrity andconfidentiality.
