Randstad Malaysia is seeking a senior Compensation & Rewards specialist to own group-wide salary architecture, benchmarking, and governance across multiple subsidiaries in Malaysia. You will report to Head of HR Operations and drive analytics, job evaluation, and executive reporting.
You will develop dashboards, support executive decisions, and provide strategic guidance to subsidiary HR heads on compensation positioning and reward strategies.

Operating a multi-entity business model supported by a sizable workforce of several thousand employees, their corporate headquarters in Malaysia acts as the central strategic hub driving operational governance, continuous business expansion, and organizational excellence across all business units.
In this newly created role, you will take operational ownership of group-wide compensation frameworks, salary architectures, and reward governance across multiple operating subsidiaries. Reporting directly to the Head of HR Operations, you will serve as the subject matter expert responsible for compensation analytics, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, and executive management reporting.
Coordinate, monitor, and enforce Group-wide Compensation & Rewards policies across all operating entities to ensure governance and market competitiveness.
Manage annual reward cycles, including performance-driven salary increment proposals, bonus distribution costing, and promotion reviews.
Conduct job evaluations and maintain the Group job architecture to ensure internal equity and alignment across job levels.
Participate in industry salary surveys and benchmarking exercises to provide actionable market intelligence for leadership decision-making.
Develop executive HR dashboards, compensation analytics, and workforce cost reports while maintaining high data integrity.
Provide strategic advisory support to subsidiary HR heads on compensation positioning, salary structures, and reward strategies.
3 to 5+ years of dedicated experience in Compensation & Rewards, HR Analytics, or HR Operations within a Group or multi-entity setup.
Proven track record in executing annual salary reviews, bonus allocation cycles, and job grading frameworks.
Solid understanding of market salary benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies, and C&B governance practices.
Advanced MS Excel and quantitative analytics capability, with experience building executive compensation models and dashboards.
Strong business acumen with a structured, meticulous mindset and high integrity when handling confidential executive data.
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively across business units and leadership teams.
