• Experience in commercial banking credit and risk analysis is essential.
• Strong sales management skills are required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Solid administrative and managerial capabilities.
• Understanding of credit and risk analysis processes.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and originate new borrowing relationships with in-depth client understanding (KYC) and negotiate facility structure, pricing, security, covenants and terms.
• Prepare and present full set of credit applications for approval by the relevant authority.
• Coordinate with Group Credit Administration and Group Legal to issue Letters of Offer/Advice and perfection of security documentation.
• Monitor covenants and terms imposed by approving authority to ensure compliance and closure.
• Ensure timely submission of annual reviews for facilities.
• Ensure facilities are well utilized and accounts are well managed.
• Conduct regular channel checks on clients' reputation in the market.
• Make marketing calls to existing clients for annual reviews, credit opportunities, and risk identification.
• Perform quarterly stress tests on the existing portfolio.
