Hong Leong Bank in Malaysia is seeking a Relationship Manager to build and maintain strategic relationships with our corporate clients. You will understand client needs, deliver tailored banking solutions, and drive revenue growth across a broad suite of corporate products.

This role emphasizes client satisfaction, cross-selling, and proactive portfolio management, with opportunities to advance within our national network and regional presence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics or related discipline.
• 3–5 years of corporate banking or client-facing experience.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
• Strong knowledge of corporate banking products including term loans, revolving credit, trade finance and cash management.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain relationships with assigned corporate clients, ensuring regular communication and understanding of their evolving business needs.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the corporate banking sector, including credit facilities, trade finance, cash management and investment solutions.
• Credit application writing for new account acquisition and ensure timely review and renewal of existing accounts.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively manage relationships to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets whilst maintaining high standards of service quality.
