CACEIS Malaysia in IOI City, Putrajaya, is seeking a Reconciliations Analyst to handle daily asset and cash reconciliations via NXG, ensuring ledger alignment with custodians and minimal breaks. You will support Europe region with working hours from 9:00am to 6:00pm, with flexibility to meet business needs.

3–5 years of banking operations experience and strong reconciliation knowledge are required; Nostro/Asset reconciliations are a plus.

Qualifikationen

• Banking operations experience is required.
• Strong knowledge of reconciliations processes.
• Familiar with reconciliation platforms/tools (preferred).
• Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Aufgaben

• Review and clearance of daily or monthly cash and asset reconciliations via NXG.
• Maintain, monitor and resolve query items for global reconciliations.
• Investigate breaks and ensure they are assigned to the right departments.
• Produce and maintain periodic reporting to support clients/business needs.
• Generate statistical information for internal and client distribution.
