Responsibilities

• Proactively acquire new-to-bank customers and promote Privilege Banking and Wealth Banking propositions.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers through understanding their financial needs and ongoing service.
• Carry out monthly marketing calls and outreach activities to grow the client base and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with branch colleagues and internal departments to meet acquisition targets and support onboarding.
• Ensure account opening processes and documentation comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities for cross-selling financial products and services within the bank.
