Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in relationship management within banking/finance.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building client relationships.
• Excellent understanding of banking products and investment principles.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; high integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients; identify cross-sell opportunities.
• Engage clients to understand financial objectives, risk appetite, and investments.
• Provide comprehensive financial advice across deposits, loans, investments, insurance, wealth products.
• Conduct regular reviews and adjust portfolios as needed.
• Acquire new high-net-worth clients via networking and referrals.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product specialists, credit teams, and operations.
• Prepare and present financial proposals, reports, and client presentations.
• Stay updated on market trends, economic developments, and competitors.
• Resolve client inquiries and issues efficiently and professionally.
