ESK Recruitment LTD is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead expansion in Malaysia within CFD/forex and online trading.

You will build partnerships with Introducing Brokers and affiliates, identify revenue opportunities, and drive growth for the Malaysian market while working remotely and reporting to the founding team.

We are looking for a dynamic and results-focused Business Development Manager to spearhead our expansion into Malaysia. You will play a pivotal role in raising our profile in the market, forging influential partnerships, and generating fresh business opportunities within the CFD, forex, or online trading space.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead our growth strategy and market penetration across Malaysia.
• Develop and sustain profitable relationships with Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners.
• Pinpoint emerging business opportunities and translate them into revenue growth.

Requirements

• Solid background in business development within the CFD, forex, or online trading industry.
• A natural relationship-builder with strong commercial instincts.
• Fluency in Mandarin is essential to engage effectively with the Chinese-speaking trading and IB community; strong command of English is also required.
• An established network within Malaysia's trading, IB, and affiliate ecosystem is highly desirable.
