NEO-FASHION OF TWO L MEICONSEPTS SDN. BHD. in Penang is seeking a Senior C&B Executive to lead payroll and compensation functions and support IPO-related due diligence.

The role covers payroll processing, statutory contributions, salary administration, commissions, and benefits; requires Mandarin proficiency, strong MS Excel skills, and knowledge of Malaysia Employment Act. 5-day week.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in HRM/Finance or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of payroll and HR generalist experience.
• Strong interpersonal and human relations skills.
• Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act and HR regulations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word; Mandarin typing ability.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly payroll process and ensure timely salary payments.
• Handle basic salary, allowances, overtime, commissions, incentives, bonuses and other payroll-related payments.
• Review and verify payroll data before processing.
• Manage and process EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB and other statutory requirements.
• Ensure payroll and statutory submissions are completed accurately and on time.
• Keep up to date with relevant employment and statutory requirements.
• Administer annual leave, medical leave, attendance and other employee benefits.
• Maintain and update compensation and benefits records and policies.
• Calculate and verify sales commissions, incentives and performance-related payments.
• Ensure commission and incentive calculations are accurate and in accordance with company policies.
• Work closely with the relevant departments to resolve payroll and commission discrepancies.
• Assist in salary reviews, salary adjustments and employee compensation changes.
• Maintain accurate employee salary and benefits records.
• Provide payroll and compensation data for management review when required.
• Prepare and provide payroll, compensation, benefits and employee-related information for internal and external audits.
• Support the company’s IPO and due diligence process by providing relevant C&B documents and information.
• Ensure C&B records and documentation are complete, accurate and properly maintained.
• Review and improve payroll and C&B processes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in the development and implementation of compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
