Job summary

Hexamatics Servvcom Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Business Analyst (EB Masterlisting Project) to act as the bridge between business stakeholders, the technology team and external partners. You will translate business needs into practical technical specifications and lead workshops to validate requirements.

Responsibilities include defining reporting and analytics requirements, maintaining traceability, and supporting testing activities such as UAT.

Qualifications

Experience in business process analysis and system/technical analysis.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to gather, analyze, document and manage business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience in requirements lifecycle management including traceability and change management.
Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Responsibilities

Collaborate with business stakeholders to define reporting and analytical requirements.
Lead interviews, workshops and meetings to collect and validate requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for the technology team.
Ensure traceability across requirements, specifications, testing and delivery.
Analyze data flows and integration points to support reporting requirements.
Assess impacts on business operations, compliance and regulations from changes.
Assist in testing activities including UAT test plans and scripts.
