Job summary

Verinon Technology Solutions in Kuala Lumpur seeks a Business Analyst for the Masterlisting Project. You will bridge business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners, translating requirements into clear technical specifications.

Responsibilities include gathering and documenting requirements, performing process analysis, defining reporting needs and supporting UAT, testing and post‑implementation activities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of business or technical analysis experience in system implementation projects within financial institutions or consulting environments.
• Ability to gather, analyze, document and manage business and functional requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills serving as a bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners.
• Experience in business process analysis, process design or process re-engineering.
• Experience in requirements lifecycle management, traceability, change management and prioritization.
• Experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including test plans and test scripts.

Responsibilities

• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and external partners to translate requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define reporting, dashboard and analytical requirements.
• Assist the Program/Project Manager in liaising with project workstreams and SMEs.
• Lead stakeholder interviews, workshops and meetings to collect and validate requirements.
• Maintain requirements traceability across business requirements, functional specs and testing activities.
• Support testing activities including UAT preparation and test script development.
• Participate in implementation activities and post-implementation support.
