Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience with Windows Server, MS SQL, AD, and Azure integrations.
• Experience with Azure/AWS or SaaS apps.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and data structures.
• Familiarity with MSSQL and/or PostgreSQL.
• Exposure to PowerShell, Python, JSON, or shell scripting.
• Experience with software patching, installation, and upgrades.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with business users and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze business/user requirements and translate into functional and technical requirements.
• Bridge between business users, developers, infrastructure, and technical teams.
• Analyze existing systems and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Support system implementation, upgrades, patching, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities.
• Coordinate system testing and UAT with users and technical teams.
• Understand and support system integrations, APIs, databases, and data structures.
• Prepare technical documentation, process flows, system procedures, and related documentation.
• Support Disaster Recovery (DR), Business Continuity Planning (BCP), and system sustainability activities where required.
