Job summary

Integrated Health Plans Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator to support the Business Operations and Technology Solutions Team in Kuala Lumpur. You will gather requirements, prepare BRD/SOW documents, and bridge the gap between business users and the technical team to ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities include coordinating CRs, assisting in timeline tracking, and working with QA for testing and UAT.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
Background in Information Technology (IT).
Good understanding of Agile methodology.
Experience with Websites, Web portals (SaaS platforms), and Mobile applications.

Responsibilities

Report directly to the Product Manager and support day-to-day product and project activities.
Engage with business users and stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.
Collate and prepare Scope of Work (SOW) documents.
Translate SOW and business needs into clear Business Requirement Documents (BRD).
Communicate and clarify requirements with developers and technical teams.
Work closely with Quality Analysts (QA) to support internal testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate and track Change Requests (CRs), ensuring timelines and deadlines.
Assist in project coordination activities such as timeline tracking, dependency management, and issue escalation.
Ensure deliverables align with agreed requirements, timelines, and quality standards.
