Job summary

PENTAS FLORA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis and redesign of complex end-to-end processes, translating business needs into practical process and tech solutions. You will work with Product Owner, stakeholders, technology teams, and external providers to identify problems and guide implementations.

You will independently facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, document AS-IS and TO-BE states, and help translate priorities into actionable specs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years in Business Analysis or digital transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.

Job description

The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading the analysis and improvement of complex end-to-end business processes and translating business needs into practical process and technology solutions. The role works closely with the Product Owner, business stakeholders, Technology teams and external solution providers to identify business problems, redesign processes, define requirements and support successful implementation. The Senior Business Analyst is expected to operate independently, facilitate cross-functional discussions, constructively challenge requirements and provide guidance to less-experienced Business Analysts.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or any other related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Business Analysis, Business Process Analysis, digital transformation or enterprise-system implementation
• Strong experience independently analysing and redesigning complex end-to-end business processes
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional requirements and process workshops
• Strong requirements elicitation, analysis and documentation skills
• Experience working on technology implementation projects through requirements, testing and implementation
• Strong stakeholder-management and facilitation skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
