PENTAS FLORA is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead analysis and redesign of complex end-to-end processes, translating business needs into practical process and tech solutions. You will work with Product Owner, stakeholders, technology teams, and external providers to identify problems and guide implementations.

You will independently facilitate workshops, elicit requirements, document AS-IS and TO-BE states, and help translate priorities into actionable specs.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline.
• 8+ years in Business Analysis or digital transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional workshops.
• Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills.

Aufgaben

• Lead discovery and analysis of complex end-to-end business processes.
• Document current-state (AS-IS) processes and design future-state (TO-BE) processes.
• Identify bottlenecks, duplicated activities, manual processes, control gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Analyse root causes rather than simply documenting reported business problems.
• Recommend process simplification, standardisation, automation and digitalisation opportunities.
• Facilitate process-design workshops involving multiple business functions.
• Lead requirements elicitation involving business users, management and Technology teams.
• Translate business objectives and operational problems into clear business and functional requirements.
• Work closely with the Product Owner to translate product priorities into actionable requirements.
• Independently facilitate workshops with operational teams, functional managers and senior stakeholder
