Job summary

Honeywell Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Engineering Supervisor to lead end-to-end BMS/IBMS projects, from design to commissioning, ensuring high-quality outcomes in line with customer expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in building automation, strong SCADA (Niagara) and IP networking expertise, and the ability to manage stakeholders across a matrix environment. Hybrid work arrangement in Kuala Lumpur is offered.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in BMS/IBMS/Building Automation.
• End-to-end project engineering & delivery experience.
• Experience with SCADA platforms (Niagara) and IP networking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Experience with ELV systems: CCTV/Access Control/Fire Alarm.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, implementation, and commissioning of BMS/IBMS/SCADA projects.
• Define project scope, architecture, and system design.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for project delivery.
• Manage design submissions, documentation, schedules, and deliverables.
• Lead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing; ensure safety and standards.
