Honeywell Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Senior Engineering Supervisor to lead end-to-end BMS/IBMS projects, from design to commissioning, ensuring high-quality outcomes in line with customer expectations.

The role requires 10+ years in building automation, strong SCADA (Niagara) and IP networking expertise, and the ability to manage stakeholders across a matrix environment. Hybrid work arrangement in Kuala Lumpur is offered.

Competenze

• 10+ years’ experience in BMS/IBMS/Building Automation.
• End-to-end project engineering & delivery experience.
• Experience with SCADA platforms (Niagara) and IP networking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics or equivalent.
• Experience with ELV systems: CCTV/Access Control/Fire Alarm.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Engineering Program Supervisorto lead the delivery of Building Management Systems (BMS) / Integrated Building Management Systems (IBMS) projects in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end engineering execution, from design and system integration to commissioning and project delivery—ensuring high-quality outcomes aligned with customer expectations and contractual requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead engineering design, implementation, and commissioning of BMS / IBMS /SCADA projects
• Define project technical scope, architecture, and system design
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams for project delivery
• Manage: Design submissions & technical documentation and Engineeringschedules and deliverables
• Assign and oversee work packages for local and remote teams.
• Drive project milestones, quality, and timelines
• Support system integration (e.g., Niagara, SCADA platforms)
• Lead on-site commissioning, troubleshooting, and testing
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and engineering standards

Must Have:

• 10+ years’ experience in BMS / IBMS / Building Automation
• Proven experience in project engineering & delivery (end-to-end lifecycle)
• Strong expertise in: SCADA platforms (e.g., Niagara), HVAC / ACMV systems andNetworking (IP-based systems)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical / Mechanical / Mechatronics Engineering orequivalent
• Strong ability to manage stakeholders and drive project outcomes
• Experience with ELV systems: CCTV/Access Control/Fire Alarm systems
• Exposure to smart building / integrated platform solutions
