Job summary

Nexa Control Sdn Bhd is seeking a Project Engineer specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS) to oversee design, implementation and commissioning of BMS projects in Malaysia. You will ensure solutions meet client requirements and industry standards, coordinating with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

The role requires strong HVAC and controls engineering knowledge, plus excellent project management and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Experience as a Project Engineer or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, building automation and control systems.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design BMS projects with system architecture and equipment selection.
• Oversee installation, configuration and commissioning of BMS equipment.
• Manage project schedules, budgets and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams.
• Provide client training on BMS operation and troubleshooting.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and QA processes.
