Job summary

DHL Group in Malaysia seeks a detail-oriented Service Delivery professional to handle billing inquiries and validation, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing in accordance with SLAs. You will liaise with internal and external contacts to gather billing data, perform validations, and support revenue protection efforts.

The role requires strong Excel and Windows skills, English communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on continuous improvement and automation

Responsibilities

• Timely and accurate handling of incoming requests and queries from partners and stakeholders.
• Validate and maintain processes following global guidelines and approvals.
• Coordinate with internal/external contacts to gather billing information for accurate invoicing.
• Rectify errors from rejection reports and ensure clean billing data.
• Drive KPI and SLA achievement daily, weekly, monthly.
• Investigate end-to-end to recover revenue or prevent leakage.
• Prepare supporting documents and reports for contracts.
• Maintain data for transfer to generate invoices/credits.
• Perform billing quality checks as part of supervisory reviews.
