Job summary

Vertiv in Malaysia seeks a Bid Specialist to lead the bidding team in producing quality submittals for RFT/RFP/RFQ/RFI/TOR bids exceeding USD 500k. You will manage bid pricing, coordinate with product and technical teams, and ensure submissions are accurate and timely.

The role requires a bachelor degree and at least 3 years in pricing or bid submission in telecom/colocation, with strong Excel and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required in related field.
• Minimum 3 years in pricing or bid submission in telecom/colocation.
• Strong Excel and MS Office skills.
• Good numerical sense and detail orientation.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; capable of engaging across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all bid lifecycle from qualification to submission.
• Coordinate with bid team to ensure timely submittals.
• Ensure solution portfolio and pricing meet customer requirements.
• Provide pricing strategy and obtain management approval.
• Analyze price changes, cost trends, and risks for bids.
• Translate approved pricing into client bid format.
