Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in furniture/manufacturing.
• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Advanced Excel and project management methodologies; experience with ERP and quoting systems.
• Strong self-motivation and ability to work under deadlines.
• Independent project ownership and cross-functional liaison.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate timely and accurate generation of proposals and quotations.
• Manage end-to-end order release process and data accuracy in internal systems.
• Review and coordinate workflows to meet customer requirements and timelines.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Design, Engineering and Operations on solutions.
• Provide progress reports and maintain data integrity in project logs.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline operations.
• Ensure deadlines are met through proactive problem-solving.
• Participate in daily stand-ups and monitor Work Order System.
• Execute ad-hoc strategic tasks as directed by management.
