Job summary

EVD Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a Bid Coordinator to coordinate and prepare bid submission documents for tendering activities in Subang Jaya, Malaysia. You will support the Bid Manager in aligning bids with pricing strategies and assist in presenting proposed solutions to customers.

The role requires at least 1 year of related experience, or fresh graduates, with a degree in Marketing or E&E/ELV. Strong negotiation, communication, and multi-tasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Work Experience: Minimum 1 year in related field; fresh graduates are welcome.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Electrical & Electronic (E&E) or ELV or related engineering.
• Strong negotiation relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial skills, maturity, quick thinking and quick learning ability.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Strong multi-tasking, coordination and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, prepare, design and compile bid submission documents (technical and commercial) for tendering/bidding activities.
• Support the Bid Manager/Tender & Budget HOD in preparing bid submissions according to pricing strategy.
• Prepare presentations and information covering proposed solutions and services to meet customer needs.
• Liaise with suppliers, manufacturers, vendors and subcontractors during tendering to ensure competitive bids.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by superior or company.
