Job summary

TMC Metal (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Business Development Senior Executive/Asst Manager to drive growth, secure corporate clients, and manage critical commercial partnerships. The role requires navigating complex client ecosystems, leading high-stakes meetings, and steering commercial negotiations.

Key tasks include targeting Tier-1 MNCs in semiconductors and electronics, developing quotations, and aligning internal teams to deliver on commitments while maximizing profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business/engineering fields.
• 4-5 years of outside sales, account management, or business development experience.
• Experience reviewing, drafting, and validating complex corporate quotations and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify, target, and secure large-scale industrial scrap and waste management contracts from Tier-1 MNCs.
• Discover and convert new B2B opportunities by following semiconductor tender timelines.
• Pitch technical competencies and corporate profile with emphasis on environmental certifications and IP disposal protocols.
• Negotiate quotations, pricing matrices, and corporate service contracts.
• Architect multi-party pricing models with clients, logistics handlers, and downstream processors.
