Job summary

Pan International Electronics (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a senior Business Development leader to drive strategy and revenue growth within the manufacturing sector. The role emphasizes strategic planning, negotiation, and leadership to deliver sustainable profitability and to lead the Business Development team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.
Minimum 10 years in business development or sales, preferably in manufacturing.
Strong customer relationship, negotiation, communication and leadership skills.
Good understanding of manufacturing processes and market trends.
Ability to manage multiple programs, priorities, timelines and stakeholders effectively.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement business development strategies and sales plans.
Identify new customers, markets and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and business partners.
Lead commercial negotiations, quotations, contracts and pricing discussions.
Monitor market trends, competitors and customer requirements.
Work closely with Engineering, Production and Supply Chain teams to meet customer needs.
Drive revenue, sales growth and profitability targets.
Prepare business proposals, forecasts and performance reports for Top Management.
Lead and develop the Business Development team.
