Tokio Marine Group KL Agency is seeking a driven Senior Executive, Business Development (Agency) to support growth of our Agency Distribution business (General Insurance). You will work with agents to drive production, expand relationships, and provide underwriting support.

The ideal candidate will be skilled at relationship-building, sales growth, and collaborating with internal teams and agency partners. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Competenze

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, finance or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome; experience in agency distribution, underwriting, or BD is preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Self-motivated with the ability to achieve targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal and agency partners.

Mansioni

• Achieve individual production targets and portfolio mix objectives.
• Build, recruit, and retain high-performing insurance agents.
• Develop relationships with agents through servicing, coaching, and reviews.
• Provide marketing, product, and underwriting support to agents.
• Conduct training sessions and product briefings for agents.
• Monitor underwriting performance and ensure risk acceptance per guidelines.
• Support premium collection in line with credit control policies.
• Gather market intelligence to identify business opportunities.
• Coordinate and manage documentation between agents and the company.
• Assist in annual business planning and budgeting.
