Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in banking or financial services, with 1-2 years in a supervisory role.
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve targets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong understanding of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements in Malaysia.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
