Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• MBA or professional certification (CFA/FRM) is a plus.
• Proven leadership and team development experience.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a banking team to deliver high performance and compliance.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts with tailored solutions.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to SLAs and controls.
• Implement risk management frameworks and mitigation strategies.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.
• Collaborate with other departments to enhance customer experience.
• Ensure compliance with banking laws and internal standards.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as required.
