Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a leadership or management role, with at least 5 years managing a significant team or division.
• Proven track record of successfully leading strategic initiatives and achieving business objectives.
• Strong understanding of innovation processes, emerging technologies, and financial services industry trends.
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
