Job summary

Polymorph Psynergy in Kajang, Malaysia is seeking a Senior Sales Executive (B2B) to drive business development for wooden packaging, logistics and related services. You will identify opportunities, build relationships with clients, and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The role requires at least 3 years in B2B sales, Mandarin proficiency, and willingness to travel to client sites. A Bachelor's degree is required, with commission on top of a RM5,000–RM6,000 base salary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in the wooden crate/box or industrial packaging industry is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities to expand the company’s customer base and revenue.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, referrals, cold calling, and other business development activities.
• Promote company services including truck transportation, machinery relocation, installation, logistics, and industrial packaging solutions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions based on their operational and project needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings, quotation, negotiation, and closing to post-sales follow-up.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotations, presentations, and commercial submissions.
• Conduct client visits, presentations, and meetings to understand requirements and develop business opportunities.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms while ensuring alignment with company objectives.
• Coordinate with Project Management, Operations, Planning, and Finance teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed projects.
• Follow up on quotations and sales leads to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Monitor sales pipeline, revenue targets, customer accounts, and business development activities.
• Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for management.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and industry trends.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Gather client feedback and work with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and relevant ISO standards.
