KAIZEN PACKAGING SDN BHD is seeking a Senior Sales Professional to manage key accounts, drive volume, and contribute to business growth within the manufacturing and packaging sector.

You will build long-term client relationships, negotiate terms, and coordinate with production and logistics to ensure timely delivery across Malaysia. This role offers uncapped incentives and a clear path to Sales Manager or Head of Sales.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience in manufacturing / packaging.
• Candidates with existing customer base preferred.
• Strong understanding of pricing structures, margins, MOQs, and lead times.
• Proven experience handling volume-based and contract sales.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel within Malaysia if required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics, and distribution sectors.
• Prepare quotations, pricing proposals, and negotiate commercial terms.
• Work closely with production, planning, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor sales performance, forecasts, and market trends.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure consistent repeat business.
