Job summary

Worldwide Logistics Marine (M) Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is expanding its Malaysia team and seeking driven Sales Executives to manage a B2B logistics client portfolio.

You will develop new freight forwarding and supply chain solutions, negotiate contracts, and build long-term partnerships while enjoying a supportive, no-politics culture and an attractive commission scheme. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, with predictable monthly salary and benefits.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Maritime, or International Trade preferred.
• Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage for Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Strong customer understanding with a consultative sales approach.
• Target-driven, self-motivated, and persistent in building pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new B2B logistics customers (freight forwarding & supply chain).
• Meet clients, understand their needs, and present suitable logistics solutions.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure long-term partnerships.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and ensure timely payments.
• Coordinate with Operations & Finance teams to support customer needs.
• Attend networking, team building, and industry events.
• Conduct cold calls (database/list provided).
• Prepare weekly sales performance and cold-call reports.
