Job summary

PDR Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced sales professional to drive new business and manage large enterprise accounts in Malaysia's contract logistics sector. You will lead B2B expansion for contract logistics, focusing on F&B chains and food processing clients, delivering monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

• Fluent in English; Mandarin is a strong plus.

Our client is a leading global supply chain and logistics group with a strong presence across Asia and international markets. In Malaysia, they provide end-to-end solutions across contract logistics, warehousing, distribution and cold chain, serving major F&B, FMCG, food processing and retail clients.

The company is currently expanding its B2B contract logistics business in Malaysia and is looking for an experienced sales professional to drive new business and manage large enterprise accounts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead B2B sales expansion for contract logistics in Malaysia, with a focus on F&B chains and key food processing clients, and deliver on monthly, quarterly and annual sales & profit targets.

2. Dig deep into customers' warehousing, distribution and supply chain optimization needs, develop customized warehouse & distribution integration and cold chain logistics solutions, independently complete solution writing, quotation and tender preparation.

3. Lead business negotiation, contract drafting and cost accounting, control project risks and profit margins, promote solution implementation and contract signing.

4. Maintain cooperative relationships with key customers, follow up on the implementation of warehouse & distribution solutions, cooperate with the operations team to resolve service issues, and enhance customer satisfaction while driving repeat business.

5. Track the trend of contract logistics and cold chain warehouse & distribution industry and competitor dynamics in Malaysia, optimize solutions and sales strategies, and explore new business opportunities.

6. Collaborate with operation, warehousing, finance and legal cross-functional teams to ensure the smooth implementation of warehouse & distribution solutions, and continuously optimize service process and delivery quality.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above, major in Logistics Management, Supply Chain, Marketing or related fields is preferred.

2. At least 3 years of B2B contract logistics sales experience in Malaysia, with independent development and signing experience of integrated warehouse & distribution projects.

3. Have excellent business development, negotiation and customer relationship management skills, can independently connect with customer decision-makers and design implementable logistics solutions.

4. Work Language: Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading and writing); Fluent in Mandarin is a strong plus.

5. Result-oriented, strong pressure resistance, sufficient self-motivation, willing to take necessary business trips within Malaysia.

Preferred Qualifications

1. Experience in cold chain logistics, F&B supply chain and fresh food distribution, familiar with the warehouse & distribution needs and operational pain points of F&B chain customers.

2. Have customer resources and successful cases of local F&B chains, large food processing enterprises and retail FMCG brands in Malaysia.

3. Experience in bidding and whole-process follow-up of large-scale warehouse & distribution solution projects, and can independently complete solution presentation.

4. Experience in key account sales or management in well-known logistics/supply chain enterprises.
