Private Advertiser in Malaysia is seeking a driven B2B Sales Professional to acquire new customers, particularly importers, exporters and manufacturers with strong logistics needs. Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Marketing or a related field.
• 1–5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in freight forwarding or logistics.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing medium-to-large corporate accounts.
• Good knowledge of freight forwarding, import/export, freight costing, customs clearance, Incoterms and logistics operations.
• Strong business development, solution selling, negotiation and account management skills.
• Strong commercial awareness, pipeline management and CRM skills.
• Valid driving licence and own transportation; willing to travel for customer meetings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new B2B customers, particularly importers, exporters, manufacturers, MNCs and companies with significant logistics requirements.
• Manage and grow key accounts through relationship building, cross-selling and up-selling.
• Lead the full sales cycle, including prospecting, solution development, quotation, negotiation, tenders and closing.
• Promote integrated logistics solutions including ocean freight, air freight, road transportation, customs clearance, haulage and warehousing.
• Achieve revenue and gross profit targets while maintaining healthy account margins.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, accurate CRM records and regular sales forecasts.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service and Finance to ensure service quality and payment collection.
• Handle major customer issues and support complex sales opportunities.
