Job summary

SiTime Corp. is seeking a Sustaining Test Engineer to own and optimize production test programs for Trimming Ovens and ATE systems.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, OSATs, and cross-functional teams to deliver stable test solutions, drive issue resolution, and continuously improve yield and reliability. You will lead hardware and software change validation, utilize Python, MATLAB, and C++ for data automation, and build dashboards to support data-driven decisions in production.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Electromechanical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
Hands-on production support experience.
Strong skills in report generation and presenting findings clearly.
MATLAB and Python scripting, coding familiarity, and debugging.
Oven and ATE equipment experience (ETS88, Ultra Flex, ETS800, ETS364).
Strong HW and DUT board background.
Knowledgeable in data analysis tools such as Galaxy, Exensio, JMP.

Responsibilities

Own, maintain, and release production test programs for Trimming Oven Test Systems and ATE.
Drive optimization of test coverage, time, and manufacturability for high-volume production.
Lead hardware, equipment, and system qualifications for test and production release.
