Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate, Retails & Partnership Management to drive retailer engagement and performance across our media and digital commerce platforms. You will collaborate with internal teams and external retailers to ensure accurate messaging, onboarding, and timely updates.

The role involves maintaining retailer data, preparing monthly updates, tracking sales and budgets, and supporting Tropper and RCP programs.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review and communicate trade letters to relevant stakeholder to ensure clear and effective messaging
• Prepare and distribute memos as needed to facilitate internal and external communication
• Maintain and update the retailer league table to reflect current standings and performance metrics
• Manage and update the retailer master list to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Conduct onboarding checks for new retailers to ensure compliance and readiness
• Prepare and present monthly business updates to relevant team and management
• Track and monitor sales tracker and budget to support sales analysis and forecasting
• Manage and support Tropper and RCP Program
• Communicate and manage both internal & external stake holder
