Job summary

Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad seeks a Senior Associate in Product Strategy to own workstreams end-to-end—from strategy and research through execution and launch. You will drive initiatives across Astro's consumer platforms such as Astro PayTV, Streaming Apps and more, collaborating with Technology, CX, Content, Marketing and Operations.

The role requires 3–6 years in product management or related fields, a relevant degree, and strong analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of experience in Product Management or related field.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Marketing, or Data Analytics.
• Experience with data-informed decision making (metrics, research, testing).
• Comfortable owning a workstream independently while aligning to team strategy.
• Familiarity with Agile, UAT processes, and product launch/GTM activities.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of product strategies across Astro's consumer portfolio.
• Gather insights to identify opportunities for product improvement and growth.
• Translate requirements into clear product specifications for delivery.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements to drive engagement.
• Conduct competitive research to support strategy and roadmaps.
• Prepare business cases, reports and stakeholder presentations.
• Support go-to-market planning and launch readiness, aligning stakeholders.
• Coordinate UAT and beta testing to validate requirements and user experiences.
• Support product launches, feature rollouts, and ongoing optimizations.
• Collaborate with Technology, CX, Content, Marketing and Operations to deliver initiatives.
