Jora Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate in Project Management to assist the Project Director in planning, coordination, and implementation of development projects to ensure on-time completion, budget adherence and quality standards.
The role involves budgeting support, design development coordination, contract administration, and liaising with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and authorities to drive project success.

Senior Associate in Project Management, assisting the Project Director in the planning, coordination and implementation of development projects to ensure timely completion, adherence to budget and achievement of required quality standards.
Key responsibilities
Support the preparation of project budgets, feasibility studies, cash flow projections and project schedules for development activities
Coordinate and monitor conceptual planning, design development, value engineering and cost planning/control processes with consultants and relevant stakeholders
Assist in the administration, coordination and monitoring of various work contracts and physical construction works at project sites
Review and verify building specifications, design details and construction drawings submitted by architects and consultants for compliance with project requirements
Liaise and coordinate with internal departments, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and relevant authorities on project-related, technical, and architectural matters
Coordinate tender processes and award documentation, monitor site work progress, identify potential issues and escalated matters to ensure timely resolution
Assist in the submission, planning, and tracking of authority approvals and clearance letters, including arranging site inspections and following up on the issuance of clearance letters and the Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC)
Prepare project status updates, reports, and documentation as required by management
Ensure proper maintenance of project records, correspondence and documentation
About you
Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture or any other related engineering field
Minimum 3 years of working experience in project management
Highly organized, pro-active, mature and able to liaise with all levels of staff
Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia
