DHL Group in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia, is seeking an immediate, full-time HR Services professional to support administration and deliver best-in-class HR services in line with global Shared Services guidelines.

The role focuses on following processes, maintaining data accuracy, and ensuring timely service delivery across HR functions and related services. This position offers an international and virtual environment with opportunities to learn and grow.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• Professional HR certifications preferred.
• Experience in HR administration and data handling is desirable.

We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Petaling Jaya, Malaysia.

Job Purpose

Support administration of HR Administration/Shared Services activities to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with HR Shared Services process guidelines, quality standards and timelines.

Your tasks

• Support administration of assigned HR service related activities with guidance from others
• Understand and follow set standards and timelines for service delivery
• Check for any issues/ errors during service delivery and highlight to Supervisor for action and rectification
• Maintain required data for HR service delivery e.g. enter employee data into computerized systems
• Scope of HR Administration/Shared Services includes HR Services, Administration and Non HR Services

Your profile

Education Level

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Vocational/Specialized/Technical/Certification
• HR certification preferred

Experience Level

• More than 2 years
