ACCA Careers seeks a Support Manager in Kuala Lumpur to achieve business objectives by overseeing claims processing and invoicing per guidelines, resolving claims and billing queries, and driving continuous improvement within the support area. The role requires ensuring data integrity and fostering collaboration across Business Lines and Functions.

You will support the Manager on special projects and KPIs, and perform other duties within the Claims & Billing department as assigned.

Responsabilidades

• Support Manager to achieve business objectives
• Process claims and issue invoice as per approved guidelines and procedures accurately, timely and completely
• Understanding and trouble shoot Claims & Billings related queries
• Initiate & implement continuous improvement effort within support areas
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy
• Maintain good collaboration across Business Lines and Functions
• Support Manager in special projects/adhoc task
• Achieve various KPIs measuring performance indicated above
• Any other duties within the Claims & Billings department, as assigned
