Job summary

DHL Express in Malaysia is seeking a Billing Analyst to support timely and accurate billing for business partners. You will validate data, liaise with partners, and drive KPI adherence in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves end-to-end investigations to recover revenue, preparing reports for internal and external customers, and contributing to process digitization and efficiency improvements. Based in Petaling Jaya, this full-time position offers opportunities in a global logistics

Responsibilities

• Complete incoming requests from business partners accurately within SLA.
• Validate and maintain processes per global guidelines.

• Investigate and rectify errors from rejection reports.
• Drive KPIs and SLA attainment daily, weekly, monthly.
• Perform end-to-end investigations to recover or prevent Revenue leakage.
• Provide supporting documents and reports to customers per contract.
• Prepare data for billing invoices/credits and perform quality checks.

• Timely and accurate completion of incoming requests and queries from business partners and other stakeholders, in accordance with the agreed SLA.
• Perform validation and maintenance activities comply with Global guidelines and approval process.
• Liaise with internal and external contacts to request and follow-up relevant billing information to support correct, timely and complete billing.
• Perform validation and rectify the errors found from the rejection report.
• Drive to achieve the teams KPI & SLA on a daily, weekly & monthly basis.

Required Competencies
