Qualifications

• 8–10 years in Compensation & Benefits in an MNC.
• Experience with regional compensation and benefits practices.
• Knowledge of labor laws and market trends.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency with HRIS (Workday preferred).

Responsibilities

• Partner with business and HR management to deliver Total Rewards solutions.
• Lead the sales and local incentive review process with advisory support.
• Ensure job architecture and evaluation processes comply with company policies.
• Manage off-cycle compensation review processes.
• Deliver Total Rewards projects including Workday implementation and governance.
