Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in project management, business operations, marketing/communications, process improvement, or related roles.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate cross-functional projects and drive actions to completion.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Experience working in a cross-functional, multicultural environment.
• Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and support continuous improvement across the supply chain.
• Assist in implementing and sustaining process improvements, including documentation, measurement, and change adoption.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects and initiatives from planning through implementation.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success measures, and track progress to completion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and global counterparts to align objectives and share best practices.
• Contribute to change management activities to ensure adoption and sustainability of new processes and tools.
• Support branding and marketing initiatives for Operations Excellence programs, capabilities, and key projects.
• Develop engaging presentations, communications, and campaign materials for various stakeholder groups.
• Project Management: Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and execution skills to manage multiple initiatives.
• Customer Focus: Understand and prioritize the needs of a diverse group of stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Build relationships across geographies to achieve successful outcomes.
