Job summary

Boston Scientific Gruppe seeks a Senior Process Excellence Analyst to own regional process harmonization across APAC Supply Chain. You will lead process design, governance, and cross-country workshops to align countries and ensure standardized, scalable processes.

The role requires strong SAP experience with Order-to-Cash and inventory management, plus 7–10 years in process excellence or related fields. MBA or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus, with onsite Penang, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management.
• MBA or Lean/Six Sigma certification is a plus.
• 7–10 years of experience in process excellence, business transformation, or operations with ownership of end-to-end processes.
• Strong commercial acumen and understanding of business operations.
• Solid SAP experience with Order-to-Cash and inventory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end regional processes for APAC, driving harmonization across countries.
• Lead as-is and to-be process design, defining standard processes and governance.
• Document processes with maps, SOPs, and RACI models.
• Lead cross-country workshops to align differences and reach consensus.
• Evaluate deviations, assess impact and sustainability, and drive improvements.
