Job summary

TDCX is hiring a Data Analyst to provide business insight through metrics, reporting, and variance analysis. You will prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports for call center programs, conduct market analysis, and support staffing decisions with data-driven insights.

You will work with tools like Tableau and Power BI, develop dashboards, and ensure accuracy in reporting to enable timely decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of working experience in a related field is required.
• Extensive knowledge in importing data for reports, charts and dashboards.
• Experience overseeing design, development and implementation of contact centre operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports and KPI presentations.
• Conduct market analysis to support business decisions.
• Run and analyze reports to adjust staffing for productivity and profitability.
