Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in analytics, data strategy, or performance management.
• Experience in telecom, financial services, utilities, or digital platforms is preferred.
• Consulting or in-house transformation experience.

Responsibilities

• Define KPIs and set up performance dashboards.
• Translate analytical findings into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop compelling narratives and executive summaries that connect data trends to business performance.
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders through reports, visualisations, and presentations.
• Organise, prioritise, and manage tasks across multiple stakeholders in measurement workstreams.
• Lead dashboard development with junior analysts and performance/finance teams.
• Collaborate across business functions to align analyses with priorities and recommend data-driven solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Qlik).
• Monitor dashboard performance and implement improvements for accuracy and visualisation quality.
• Collaborate with business users to understand analytical needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Develop and manage data pipelines integrating Snowflake with other sources and APIs.
• Optimise Snowflake queries and warehouse performance.
• Work with APIs to fetch, transform, and load data into Snowflake.
• Identify and resolve data inconsistencies or bugs in dashboards and databases.
• Implement validation checks and monitoring processes.
• Utilise cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) for data storage, processing, and deployment.
