Job summary

Concentrix Malaysia Sdn. Bhd is hiring a Professional BI Analyst (TCF) to partner with local business and the Global BI team. You will build and maintain dashboards, surface trends, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

The role requires strong SQL, experience with Power BI/Tableau/Looker/Qlik, and English fluency. In this hybrid position, you will collaborate with commercial, operations, and finance teams across time zones to ensure reporting continuity and data quality.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a BI, data analyst, or reporting role, ideally supporting commercial or operational functions.
• Strong SQL — able to write, read, and optimize queries against large datasets independently.
• Hands-on expertise in at least one enterprise BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Qlik).
• Solid grasp of data modelling concepts (dimensional modelling, fact/dimension design, granularity, slowly changing dimensions).
• Excellent communication skills: explain technical constraints to business stakeholders and vice versa.
• Comfortable with distributed teams across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and self-service reports covering core commercial and operational KPIs.
• Own the full lifecycle of local reporting assets: requirements gathering, build, testing, documentation, rollout, retirement.
• Maintain data quality and reconciliation checks; investigate discrepancies at the root cause.
• Coordinate with Global BI team to align data sources, metrics, and reporting standards.
• Provide clear, prioritized recommendations to influence business decisions.
