Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales professional to drive revenue growth with an assigned portfolio of clients and agencies, delivering impactful packages and proposals to meet and exceed targets.

You will lead strategic solutioning, translate client needs into integrated advertising solutions, collaborate with Content, Product, Marketing, Digital, and other teams, and own the end-to-end campaign lifecycle while representing Astro at trade and client events.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in relevant field.
• Preferably 3+ years in media/advertising industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages a plus.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth and sales performance from assigned clients/agencies.
• Lead strategic solutions and proposal development with internal teams.
• Own end-to-end campaign success and post-campaign insights.
• Represent Astro at trade events to showcase capabilities.
