Job summary

Astro Malaysia is seeking a Senior Associate, Client Solutions to drive revenue growth by proactively hunting new business and managing a portfolio of clients and agencies. You will translate client needs into integrated advertising solutions and deliver impactful proposals that meet targets.

Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in Business/Advertising/Commerce/Communications or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in media and advertising industry.
• Fluent in English; Bahasa Malaysia an added advantage.
• Strong presentation, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by managing a portfolio of clients and agencies.
• Lead strategic solutioning and develop integrated advertising proposals.
• Own end-to-end campaign lifecycle and ensure KPI targets.
